We are part of a close-knit team of professionals, united by common goals and values, with our own traditions and internal corporate culture.

In the stability of the development of our organization, in the pursuit of continuous improvement, the “Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan” is focused on long-term cooperation with each person accepted into our ranks.

Each person who is a member of our organization is also the main resource and value of the “Association of Business Women of Kazakhstan”. To more effectively achieve common goals, any organization needs rules that will form the basis of interaction between its members.

1. ABWK values

  1. Professionalism;
  2. Leadership and team spirit;
  3. Family values;
  4. Service to society;
  5. Active citizenship;
  6. Business reputation.

2. Standards of conduct in ABWK

  1. Commitment to the mission, values ​​of the ABWK, mutual respect for each other;
  2. Respect, protect the interests and promote the development of the Association;
  3. Motivation and professional growth;
  4. Image reputation and ethical behavior in ABWK, confidentiality within the Association;
  5. To create an image of a successful, happy and business woman;
  6. Possibility of support and interaction within ABWK;
  7. Involvement in the work of ABWK.

3. ABWK corporate style (identification method)

  1. Document flow in a uniform style and according to approved samples (forms, business cards, certificates, letters of gratitude, folders, etc.);
  2. Symbols (icon, packaging, packages, website, social networks, image products);
  3. Dress code (white, red colors in clothes and accessories - poppy brooches, bows, scarves);
  4. Interior (presence of an emblem, signboard, logo in offices, information stand with goals and mission);
  5. Speech culture (absence of slang, uniform style, unification).

4. Standards of behavior with external partners

  1. Manifestation of high culture: correctness, competence and punctuality;
  2. Responsibility for decision making;
  3. Willingness to dialogue with partners (openness and constructive dialogue with partners);
  4. Do not allow actions that discredit the activities of ABWK;
  5. Members of the ABWK cannot be members of other women's organizations; at the same time, membership in professional organizations is allowed.

5. “Corporate events”

  1. ABWK Forum (annually);
  2. International summits;
  3. Workshops;
  4. Team building;
  5. Regional meetings both within the main team and the youth wing of the ABWK.

6. Traditions:

  1. Initiation into membership of the ABWK (presentation of certificates according to a unified standard of membership in the ABWK);
  2. ABWK Anniversary Forum (once every 5 years);
  3. Planting trees (once a year);
  4. Business breakfasts (once a month);
  5. ABWK meeting (once a month);
  6. Presentation of business of ABWK members according to schedule;
  7. Seeing off honorary members at Altyn Zhurek.

ps Automatic exclusion from members of the ABWK occurs in the following cases:

  1. Discrediting the reputation and image of ABWK through their actions and activities;
  2. Damage to the health of an ABWK member due to unprofessional and incompetent provision of services;
  3. Non-participation in ABWK activities throughout the entire calendar year;
  4. Failure to pay membership fees within 3 months;
  5. Failure to comply with other rules and principles of this Corporate Code.
